WITH LOCAL INGREDIENTS
We use hand-harvested kelp from the waters off Fire Island and elderflower native to New York’s coastline. Our base spirit is distilled from New York–grown corn.

NON-GMO & FREE OF NASTY ADDITIVES
Our spirits contain no additives—nothing but pure, simple ingredients. Less is always better.

• Nose: Bright citrus and floral notes with fresh orange, elderflower, and chamomile, balanced by a crisp juniper backbone.
• Palate: Vibrant citrus-forward character from finger limes and orange peel, layered with the subtle spice of pink peppercorn and Tasmanian pepper berry.
