This policy explains what ACF Beverages (d/b/a Supergay Spirits and Two Fruits Cocktails) collects when you visit supergayspirits.com, buy from us, or sign up for our emails and texts, and how we use and share it.
Who we are and what this covers
Supergay Spirits is a brand of ACF Beverages, based in Brooklyn, New York. This policy covers supergayspirits.com, our checkout (run by our e-commerce partner), our email newsletter, and our text message program. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, such as retailers or delivery apps, which have their own policies.
If you buy from us, you also agree to the terms of our checkout provider, which handles payment, age verification, and shipping on our behalf.
Information we collect
What you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address
- Date of birth or age confirmation, required to buy alcohol
- Order details: what you bought, when, and for how much
- Marketing preferences, such as which product you picked in a sign-up form
- Anything you send us through our contact form or by email
We never see or store your full card number. Payment is processed by our checkout provider.

- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location
- Pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, referring site
- Email and text engagement: opens, clicks, deliveries, bounces

- Order status and shipping updates from our checkout and fulfillment partners

Text message program
By entering your phone number and tapping the sign-up button, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Supergay Spirits at the number you provided. Messages may include discount codes, product launches, event invites, and cart reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use Klaviyo to send texts and emails; your number is stored there and used only for the purposes in this policy.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run the business, and only what they need:

Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your choices (such as whether you have already seen a pop-up), and measure how the site performs. Google Analytics sets cookies to report site usage to us in aggregate.

We may use advertising pixels to measure campaigns on platforms like Meta or Google. Those platforms' own privacy policies govern how they use that data.
Your choices and rights

- Access, correction, or deletion: email us (see Contact below) and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first.
- Do Not Sell or Share: we do not sell personal information. If you want to opt out of advertising pixels, use your browser's cookie controls or the opt-out links in the Cookies section.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. The same email address handles all of these requests. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request for you.
Age requirement
You must be 21 or older to use this site, buy our products, or join our email or text lists. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Data retention and security
We keep order records as long as alcohol shipping and tax laws require, usually several years. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and then only what we need to honor your opt-out.
Our partners encrypt data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here and, for the text program, sent by text.
