We use hand-harvested kelp from the waters off Fire Island and elderflower native to New York’s coastline. Our base spirit is distilled from New York–grown corn.

We use a New York corn spirit for a smooth base.
Our botanicals include wild kelp from Fire Island, fresh finger limes, oranges, juniper, elderflower, and more.
2. Infuse with Flavor:
Some botanicals soak in the spirit to extract deep flavors.
Others are placed in the still for a lighter, aromatic infusion.
3. Slow Distillation:
We distill in small batches to capture the perfect balance of citrus, spice, and ocean minerality.
4. Rest & Blend:
The gin is left to rest, allowing the flavors to blend naturally.
5. Unfiltered & Bottled:
Unlike many gins, we keep it unfiltered to preserve its rich texture and bold character.
Bottled at 45% ABV for the perfect balance of intensity and drinkability.
