Bee’s Tease

A sultry riff on the Bee’s Knees with floral depth, spice, and a touch of citrus.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Supergay Fire Island Dry Gin

• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice (fresh)

• 0.5 oz Lavender Honey Syrup (1:1 honey + hot water infused with dried lavender)

• 0.25 oz Passion Fruit Liqueur (or purée if you’re feeling wild)

• Garnish: Edible flower on the rim

Instructions:

1. Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled and slightly frothy.

2. Double strain into a coupe glass.

3. Garnish with either a flamed orange twist (for drama) or a little edible flower.
