The 6pm drink. Gin, Cocchi, grapefruit soda, built in the glass. Goes with chips.
Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz Supergay Fire Island Dry Gin
• 1 oz Cocchi Americano
• 3 oz grapefruit soda (Squirt or Jarritos)
• Rim: seaweed salt (one sheet of nori crumbled into 2 tbsp flaky salt)
• Garnish: grapefruit wedge
Instructions:
1. Wet half the rim with the grapefruit wedge. Dip it in the seaweed salt. Half, so you get to choose.
2. Fill with ice. Gin, then Cocchi.
3. Top with soda. One stir from the bottom.
4. Wedge in.
