Ingredients:

2 oz Supergay Vodka
1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz Soda Water
Lemon Twist
Thyme Sprig.

Directions:

Stir Vodka and elderflower liqueur over ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice, top with soda water, and garnish with a lemon twist and thyme sprig.
