Supergay Olive Oil Martini

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Supergay Vodka
• 1/2 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
• Graza 'Drizzle' Olive Oil
• 1/2 oz Gamle Ode Dill Aquavit
• Olive for garnish

Directions:

Infuse Vodka with Graza 'Drizzle' Olive Oil overnight in the freezer. Remove oil solids and strain with cheese cloth. Mix Vodka infused with olive oil, dry vermouth, and Dill Aquavit in a shaker with ice. Stir well, strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with an olive.
